Membership
Open to all women amateur golfers who play regularly. New members are accepted year-round.
How to join
- Download the form — the ChLGA Member Registration and Waiver Form.
- Complete and scan it — fill out every section.
- Email it in — send the scanned form to info@chlgagolf.com.

What we ask of new members
- A current official handicap index, or proof of 10 or more rounds in the past 12 months
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette
- The ability to maintain pace of play
- Completion and submission of the Membership and Waiver form upon enrolment
Professional golfers are welcome to join, but cannot compete for gross and net prizes.
Fees and deposits
- Annual membership fees are payable in full regardless of when in the season you join.
- A $50 deposit is required from each member.
- Green fees are paid separately for each game, by e-transfer to chlgaont@gmail.com, by the due date given for each game.
Returning members
Renew before March 1st to be counted as a returning member. Withdrawal before April 1st carries an administration fee of 10% of the annual membership fee; after April 1st there is no refund.

Not ready to join yet?
Come and play as a guest first. Guests are welcome at any monthly game as the guest of a member — you pay the green fee plus $10, plus dinner where applicable, and can take part in the team competitions.
