Game registration
- The committee posts a WhatsApp poll with Golf and Dinner options.
- Members opt in and pay the green fee by the stated due date.
- The tee sheet is posted on WhatsApp 7 days before the game.
Tee times
Preferred tee times are only allowed in special circumstances, and only the Game Scheduler can make changes. Switching tee times without authorisation may result in disqualification from that game.
Before you play
- Green fees are paid by e-transfer to chlgaont@gmail.com by the due date given for each game.
- Arrive 30 minutes early and report to the ChLGA Starter, then to the course starter five minutes before your tee time.
- Guests pay the green fee plus $10, plus dinner where applicable, and may take part in team competitions.
- Male guests are welcome and will be scheduled to follow the last ChLGA tee.
Cancellations
Cancel before the tee sheet is posted and you receive full credit less a $10 administration fee. After the tee sheet is posted, and for no-shows, there is no refund.
